Just finished being renovated with the realization of a beautiful swimming pool, our old family villa " Villa Eos " with its 500sqm arranged on three levels is located at the foot of Taormina, precisely in "Nizza di Sicilia " 15 from Taormina, in front of a crystal clear sea reachable a few meters from the gate of the house. For those who love the mountains, Villa Eos is located a few kilometers from the enchanting Etna Volcano Nature Reserve; as well as being in a strategic point for the communication routes to the most beautiful baroque cities present in Sicily, starting from Taormina ( 15 min drive ) to continue on the SR-ME highway to Modica passing through Siracusa, Noto , and Ragusa Ibla, all reachable in no more than a couple of hours by car.
Our Villa consists of 4 double bedrooms provided with a full set of sheets per week ( alls with air conditioning ), all with personal bathroom in the room ( max capacity 8 people ) Per week guests will have a set of towels per person : one set consists of 3 pieces ( Shower, Face and bidet ). The living area has a large living room of more than 100 square meters with a fireplace, an outdoor patio for dining and relaxing summer evenings. It presents 1 service bathroom on the ground floor, more practical to use if you stay in the living area.
Furnished with antiques, rich in history and value, taking care of the details and cleanliness and in an elegant setting, Villa Eos ensures total relaxation and tranquility to our guests, even with the convenient direct access to the sea through the garden, past the pool. N.B. the parking area inside the property is private.
NOTE: we want you to feel at home, but we want you to respect our Villa as such... paying attention to the antique furniture present. The cost of cleaning is included but we hope that you leave the Villa in decent conditions with mutual respect
