The 100sqm villa is located in contrada Isola Maddalena 5 km from Syracuse (10/15 min)and overlooking the beautiful Island of Ortigia (the old Syracuse), 5 minutes from the enchanting protected sea of the Natural Reserve of Plemmirio-Punta della Mola better known as Pillirina-Punta del Pero/Maddalena, Minareto Beach; as well as being in a strategic point for the communication routes to the most beautiful Baroque cities present in Sicily, namely the cities of Noto, Ragusa and Ragusa Ibla, Modica, reachable in about half an hour by car and following the SR-ME Highway 50 km (about 1 hour) from Catania and 70 km from the beautiful Taormina. The necessary car will allow you to visit Sicily in the round in a few hours.

The cottage consists of 2 double bedrooms ( with air conditioning ), 1 single room with bunk beds( no air conditioning but cooled by the adjoining rooms) (max capacity 4/6 people) and a large living room of 50 sqm with fireplace. It has 2 full bathrooms with shower, one inside the house ( main bathroom ) and the other outside ( very convenient and more practical, if you stay at the pool or in the garden ). Important note: it is not use to throw toilet paper in the toilet, but into the basket provided in the bathroom (typical in many country houses in Sicily).Furnished with attention to detail and in an elegant and quiet context, the cottage ensures total relaxation and tranquility and with private pool for the exclusive use of guests that will complete the stay. The living room and the two double bedrooms are equipped with SMART TV. The entire property is equipped with Unlimited Wi-Fi.

NOTE: The premises are delivered clean and in order, and assumes that you have left in order before departure, particular attention will be paid to the bathrooms. Cleaning fees are included in the price, but You will be asked to pay extra for rooms left in unreasonable conditions.
