The apartment is very spacious and airy full of lots of light ( as I hope you can tell from the photos ) ....with an open plan living/dining area with smart TV.

The large bedroom with smart TV in the room creates a space of total relaxation and privacy with its own adjacent personal bathroom.

Access for guests

Guests can independently use all spaces in the apartment including the kitchen, where they can safely cook and dine in the dining room. They can use the small patio with sofas to enjoy the view and sunshine on nice days. I will live in my adjacent apartment and will not interact with guests unless they want to.
